Dr. Heidi Peters, DAT, LAT, ATC, SFMA-C, CES, ITAT, M1
Athletic Trainer, Founder- Armory Performance Therapy
With a doctorate in athletic training and years of clinical and teaching experience, Dr. Heidi Peters brings a depth of knowledge that sets Amory apart. She’s also one of the only female high school baseball coaches in the region- and that matters. She knows what it’s like to compete, lead, and care deeply about the process of getting better.
Her mission? To give athletes the care that she wishes every team had access to- high-level, individualized, and grounded in the science of movement.

Every session is built around biomechanics, hands-on therapy, and targeted movement strategies- not cookie-cutter protocols. No fluff, no gimmicks- just focused, individualized care that meets you where you are.
Director of hitting
Eric Lenz CSCS, CPT
Coach Eric Lenz has over 20 years of coaching experience at the high school and travel levels. He current serves as the Head Baseball Coach at Wallenpaupack Area High School and provides hitting instruction at the Baesball U PA Academy in Scranton and in the Wallenpaupack area.
A Driveline-certified hitting coach, Coach Lenz is also a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the NSCA. From 2017-2019, he worked at Pro Prospects as a hitting instructor and performance enhancement specialist.
Coach Lenz is passionate about helping players improve their hitting mechanics, approach, and overall athletic development. He emphasizes discipline, hard work, and a positive mindset both on and off the field.
As a player he competed at Hazleton Area High School and was a catcher at NCAA DII East Stroudsburg University.

Ryan Duffy CSCS, CES, PES, A.C. OST
Certified Strength Coach and Biomechanics Specialist
Ryan Duffy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), with a focus on athletic development from youth through collegiate levels.
As a strength coach and biomechanics specialist, Ryan’s mission is to build durable, adaptable athletes through purposeful, evidence based programming. His philosophy emphasizes strength as the foundation for performance, injury resilience, and long-term development— cultivated with intention, not ego.
Whether guiding athletes through foundational strength work or advanced biomechanical training, Ryan tailors every program to meet the athlete where they are and elevate them to the next level.
Through partnerships with AXIO Centripetal Training, Pitcher/Hitter 3D, SquidThrow, and other leading edge platforms, Ryan delivers individualized, data-informed programming in a safe and effective environment.

Colin Maldonato
Colin Maldonato brings years of hands-on experience in pitching development, combining a strong collegiate background with cutting-edge performance tools. A former pitcher at both Lackawanna College and Marywood University, Colin holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from MU. He went on to coach at Lackawanna College before transitioning into private development work.
Over the past three years, Colin has specialized in advanced pitching performance, with expertise in mechanical analysis, pitch design, and individualized programming. He integrates tools like Trackman, Rapsodo, high-speed cameras, and motion capture technology to guide athletes through every phase of their development. His approach blends science, coaching, and care—whether working in-person or remotely—to ensure pitchers build durable arms and sustainable success on the mound.
