The Armory tune-up

Duration: 30 minutes

  • Price: $45

  • Description:
    Quick, focused care with a plan. This session is for athletes who are progressing through ongoing treatment or recovery work and need a targeted follow-up. We’ll assess any changes, adjust as needed, and provide hands-on therapy and corrective strategies to keep you on track.

Best for: Athletes in the middle of a recovery or performance plan who need short, consistent check-ins and treatment.

    This full-session option includes ongoing evaluation, manual therapy, and progressive corrective exercise tailored to your goals. It’s ideal for working through movement limitations, performance inefficiencies, or longer-term recovery strategies. Every session is adaptive and focused on progress.

Best for: Athletes dealing with chronic issues, movement restrictions, or post-injury performance rebuilds.

    Your full-body overhaul. The Reset combines assessment, deep manual therapy, movement retraining, and high-end recovery tools to restore mobility, power, and readiness. Leave feeling recalibrated and ready to dominate.

Best for: Off-season athletes, high performers needing a full reset, or follow-ups to biomechanical analysis.

Duration: 60 minutes

  • Description: This session is designed to support athletes in identifying the physical barriers limiting their performance — not to coach or alter sport-specific technique.

    We start by observing your execution of a specific skill (e.g., hitting, throwing, sprinting). From there, we assess how your body is contributing to or compensating within that movement.

    Using a joint-by-joint approach, we evaluate your mobility, stability, and motor control across the entire kinetic chain. Each movement is broken down into:

    • Tissue extensibility

    • Joint mobility and stability

    • Neuromuscular control

    The result is a customized corrective exercise program targeting the root of your limitations — so you can move better, reduce injury risk, and optimize your mechanics within your sport.

    📌 This is not a skill coaching session. We don’t teach hitting, throwing, or sprinting technique — we assess your body’s ability to support those skills and help you build a better foundation for performance.

Our Pitching Evaluation is a deep dive into your delivery, pitch arsenal, and performance metrics—designed to uncover exactly what’s working and what’s holding you back.

We’ll break down your mechanics frame-by-frame with video analysis, assess pitch movement and efficiency using Trackman, and provide targeted pitch design recommendations to help you compete more effectively. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan built from both your data and your delivery.

Our Pitching Development programs are built for long-term growth, not short-term fixes.


Available in 8-week, 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year formats, each program includes weekly remote programming with regular updates, ongoing pitch design work, and mechanical progression tailored to the athlete’s individual needs and goals. Every four weeks, athletes receive a full video re-assessment and progress report to monitor growth.

The program includes two virtual meetings per month for feedback and review, as well as ongoing communication and drill analysis between sessions. Athletes submit video for review and receive clear, actionable instruction. Two in-person sessions per month focus on mechanical refinement and live pitch design work using Trackman.
