The Armory tune-up

Quick, focused care with a plan. This session is for athletes who are progressing through ongoing treatment or recovery work and need a targeted follow-up. We’ll assess any changes, adjust as needed, and provide hands-on therapy and corrective strategies to keep you on track.
Best for: Athletes in the middle of a recovery or performance plan who need short, consistent check-ins and treatment.

Description: This session is designed to support athletes in identifying the physical barriers limiting their performance — not to coach or alter sport-specific technique.
We start by observing your execution of a specific skill (e.g., hitting, throwing, sprinting). From there, we assess how your body is contributing to or compensating within that movement.
Using a joint-by-joint approach, we evaluate your mobility, stability, and motor control across the entire kinetic chain. Each movement is broken down into:

The result is a customized corrective exercise program targeting the root of your limitations — so you can move better, reduce injury risk, and optimize your mechanics within your sport.

Biomech hitting analysis
Biomech Hitting Sessions provide a complete, data-driven breakdown of your swing using our full suite of performance technology.
We combine Uplift Labs 3D motion capture with Trackman swing and ball flight data to show exactly how your body moves—and how it’s impacting your results at the plate. You'll receive a comprehensive report that integrates insights from both platforms for a clear, actionable view of your mechanics.

Group Hitting sessions 13+
Our group hitting sessions for athletes 13 and up blend individualized instruction with high-rep, high-feedback training.
Using Pelotero’s advanced software, we track progress in real time and tailor drills to each athlete’s needs—even in a group setting. These sessions are fast-paced, competitive, and built to help hitters develop better movement patterns, more consistent contact, and real results at the plate.

Our Pitching Evaluation is a deep dive into your delivery, pitch arsenal, and performance metrics—designed to uncover exactly what’s working and what’s holding you back.
We’ll break down your mechanics frame-by-frame with video analysis, assess pitch movement and efficiency using Trackman, and provide targeted pitch design recommendations to help you compete more effectively. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan built from both your data and your delivery.
pitching development pacakages
Our Pitching Development programs are built for long-term growth, not short-term fixes.
Available in 8-week, 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year formats, each program includes weekly remote programming with regular updates, ongoing pitch design work, and mechanical progression tailored to the athlete’s individual needs and goals. Every four weeks, athletes receive a full video re-assessment and progress report to monitor growth.
The program includes two virtual meetings per month for feedback and review, as well as ongoing communication and drill analysis between sessions. Athletes submit video for review and receive clear, actionable instruction. Two in-person sessions per month focus on mechanical refinement and live pitch design work using Trackman.

Sessions include team-wide assessments, structured strength and conditioning plans, and sport-specific speed, agility, and injury-prevention work—delivered in a motivating, team-first environment.
